If the Room is cancelled prior to 15 days of the stay, then only 20% of the total booking amount will be deducted or could be adjusted with any future booking within same calendar year. The processing will take between 2-4 weeks until the whole amount shows back on your statement, in case of any online payment. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees, if any charged by the service provider to the hotel.
